Rio Tinto Kennecott is preparing a new visitor experience at the Bingham Canyon Mine, planned to open in Spring 2019. This will be the first time visitors will be able to visit the mine since the Bingham Canyon Mine visitors center closed five years ago as a result of a landslide.
